4. Orders & Payments -Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Dorika reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy.
5. Shipping -We aim to dispatch orders within the timeline mentioned on the product or shipping page.Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances. Dorika is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges - Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, available on the website. Jewellery, Customised products, and sale items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify.
